Do I need to have an account to book?
Yes, to book and order on Reservatio you need to have an account.
In fact, on Reservatio you will have the convenience of booking your table, being able to choose and order your meal and pay in advance even through your smartphone. Thanks to the information entered in your account, we can contact you to confirm your booking.

How to book a table?
Booking a table is easy!
Access the page of the restaurant you wish to book on, click on Book or go to the Book Table section.
Select all the required information (number of people, children, animals) and the date / time you would like to book the table.
Then, click on "Find table".
You will see the image of the room (if available) and you can choose the table you prefer from those available, based on the criteria you have selected.
Show up at the reserved restaurant at the established times and remember to "Check In" the table upon your arrival or in any case within 30 minutes of the established time. When you leave the table, remember to Check Out the reservation, so as to make the table available again for other customers.
The restaurant I am trying to book has no seats available
In the most popular restaurants this can happen due to high customer demand, so it would be ideal to book a few days in advance.
However, try again to check the availability of the table at a different time.
Otherwise, if you don't want to miss out on those delicious dishes, check to see if there is a take-away or delivery service available.
How can I book the table and order the dishes at the same time?
Follow all the steps described in the previous question called "How to book a table"
After selecting the table, click on "Book the table and order now"
Then select the dishes from the restaurant menu
Check the order summary and booking information in your cart, pay and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Show up at the restaurant at the booked time and enjoy your meal!
If the restaurant has run out of food, what happens?
If the restaurant has finished a dish, it can decide whether to offer you a refund of the cost of the dish or alternatively it can offer you another dish at the same price.
You will receive an e-mail with all the instructions and you will decide whether or not to accept the alternative dish proposed by the restaurateur or to request a refund.
How can I order the dishes with the take away service?
After choosing the dishes as described in the previous FAQ, go to the cart.
Then select the "Take Away" box to collect your dishes with the take-away system.
Continue with all the steps, select the date and time and continue with the payment of the dishes.Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Through your Dashboard you can view your order at any time.
How can I order the dishes with the home delivery service?
After choosing the dishes as described in the previous FAQ, go to the cart.
Then select the "Delivery" box to take advantage of the home delivery service and the date and restocking for delivery. Select or enter an address for the delivery of your dishes.
Continue with the payment of the order. Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Through your Dashboard you can view your order at any time.

You will be able to check your reservations and orders in total autonomy through your Dashboard.

How can I use a coupon?
You can take advantage of the discount by using the coupon by simply entering the code provided by the restaurateur in the cart and clicking on Apply. The cart total will be updated automatically and you can proceed with the payment of your order.
The discount will then be applied by the platform according to the conditions dictated by the restaurateur
